Nambour district

Our codes of conduct explain behaviour expectations of team members, parents, carers and spectators when attending a representative school sport event. 

Penalties for breaching our codes of conduct may apply.

Ensure you read and understand our codes of conduct prior to attending one of our representative school sport events.

All selected Nambour District 10-12 School Sport team members are required to pay a $10 district team member levy.  

This levy must be paid through our online shop one week prior to the regional representative school sport trial.

We recommend that you use our step-by-step guide to help you when using our online shop.

The wearing of a mouthguard is mandatory for the following sports:

• Australian football
• Hockey
• Rugby league
• Rugby union

If you are attending a district trial in any of these sports, you must bring with you a completed mouthguard consent form (PDF, 250KB)​.  

We strongly recommend that you wear a custom-fitted mouthguard.

District trials are not a 'come and try' participation event.  You should be sufficiently skilled in your chosen sport to trial.

Our district trial event nomination process is:

• Register your interest to attend one of our district trial events with your school sport co-ordinator or physical education teacher
• Collect the trial notice and Permission to Trial form from your school sport co-ordinator or physical education teacher
• Complete the Permission to Trial form and ensure it is signed in all areas and by your school's delegate 

Your school will forward to the trial convenor a school team list for each district trial event.

Come along to our district trial and bring with you:

• Completed and signed student permission and medical forms
• Completed and signed mouthguard consent form (if required)

If you do not have all of the above documents when you attend our district trial, you will not be able to participate.

If you have been selected in a district representative school sport team, you can purchase a district polo shirt, swimming cap and playing cap (softball and cricket) through our online shop.

Ordered items will be available from your team manager prior to the regional representative school sport trial.

Orders must be completed one week prior to the regional trial our district team will be attending.
