Futsal 13-14 years boys regional trial notice

Date and time

Wednesday 22 July 2026 – 8:30am to 3:00pm

Caloundra Indoor Stadium, North Street, Golden Beach

Who can take part in this trial?

Students born 2012 and 2013
You must be selected in a district team prior to the regional trial. 

Cost

• $25.00 – Please pay by Wednesday 15 July. 
• Go to our regional online shop information to learn how to pay.  
• Click on the 'Pay now Levies and apparel' button.
    
• Click 'Regional Trials' and follow the prompts.
• Bring a copy of your payment receipt to the regional trial as proof of payment.

Consent forms

• Complete our regional trial consent booklet and make sure that it is signed by a parent or carer and authorised school delegate.
• Hand in your consent booklet to your district team manager prior to participating at the regional trial.
• You cannot take part in this trial if you have not returned your consent booklet.

Sport equipment

• Mouthguards are recommended for this sport.
• It is a student / parent responsibility to consider the use of protective equipment.
• You must wear appropriate non-marking futsal boots and shin guards.
• Districts will inform players of their uniform requirements.
• If you need strapping you must bring your own tape. All strapping must be applied before the trial starts. Strapping is the responsibility of the individual player.

Food and drinks

A canteen is available at this trial.

Sun safety

This is an indoor venue.

Hydration

Bring your own water bottle and hydrate regularly throughout the day.

First aid

A first aid medic will be attending this trial.

State championship information

Dates:  07 - 10 October 2026 (playing dates)
Location:  Redlynch Central Sports Stadium, Redlynch, Cairns
Travel:  You must make your own travel and accommodation arrangements
Approximate cost:  $500 plus team apparel
