Please send all necessary induction documents to our office (sport.scrssb@qed.qld.gov.au) in a single email by 20 February 2026 or one week before your regional trial (whichever is earlier).
State School (DoE) staff:
2026 Queensland Representative School Sport (QRSS) induction.
Please retain your certificate of completion for this course.

Email your signed Sunshine Coast School Sport team officials' induction completion declaration certificate (PDF, 126kb) to our office.
Email your completed QRSS transfer of duties form (PDF, 1.9mb) to our office.
Email your completed QRSS consent form - staff and volunteers (PDF, 1.08mb) to our office.
Once your regional training schedule is known, please submit your QRSS Training Schedule Form to your principal for approval and retain for your records. The coach then needs to forward one copy of the team training schedule to our office.
Non-state school and community volunteers:
