General trial information
There are a couple of ways you can qualify to participate in one of our sport trials. Firstly, your school can nominate you to attend a district trial. Alternatively, you can nominate to attend a direct-to-region trial.
To get all the necessary trial information and forms, simply reach out to your school's PE teacher or sports co-ordinator. They will be able to provide you with everything you need to know.
If you're curious about the different trial formats for each sport we offer, you can find them on our
school sport and the representative pathway web page. It's a great resource to help you understand what to expect during the trials.
To determine which district your school is in for sports that require a district trial, please refer to our
list of affiliated schools. This will give you a clear idea of which district your school is affiliated with within their district boundaries.
For trial dates and contact information specific to your district, you can visit the webpage dedicated to that district. It's a convenient way to stay updated and get in touch with the right people.
Regional sport information
Regional trial notices and information can be found under each sport page in the left navigation menu. Sports have been grouped for your convenience as:
An alternative representative pathway is available to you if our region does not conduct a regional trial for a specific sport. This may involve participating in another region's trial, or at an approved organisation's event.
