Regional Officials Information

This section of the website contains the information that you ight need to review as you go about your duties as a regional official.

All regional officials are required to download and read the Regional Officials Guide

This guide forms part of your induction material and contains links to important documents and information.

Please refer to the Ready Reckoner matrix for explicit forms, actions and tasks relating to each official's role.

All regional officials are required to complete the annual induction sessions, or complete the self-paced induction process prior to your sport's regional trial.



Curriculum activity risk assessments (CARA) guidelines assist staff to access and minimise the risks associated with individual sporting events so that these activities are as safe as possible.

The curriculum activity risk assessment (CARA) guidelines state that the CARA generic template must be completed for all district, regional and state representative school sport events.

The individual sport CARA guidelines must be consulted and attached when complete the generic template for all sporting events.

The Risk Manager: Representative Sports Event table outlines the associated responsibilities for the risk management process.

The sports office has created an MS-Excel template to help you manage your team. This template only works correctly on MS-Windows computers.

If you use a MAC or LINUX computer system, you will need to use the manual forms and manual processes.

Below are links to tutorials on how to use the EMT. Please create a folder on your computer called "EMT Tutorials", download each of the tutorials below saving them to this newly created folder, unzip them and then click on each of the ".htm" files to view the tutorials.
